Frequently Asked Questions
What is The Daily Full Cup Ritual Collection?
It’s a collection of guided practices for the different kinds of days you have as a mom — from quick resets to longer rituals — making caring for yourself possible every single day.
Who is this for?
This is for moms who want to take care of themselves too, but need it to feel realistic with the life they have.
Do I need yoga experience?
No. You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or already “good at yoga” to start.
What if I only have a few minutes?
That’s okay. Some days you may only have 2 minutes, and that'll still work! This collection gives you different options so you can choose what fits.
What if I’m exhausted?
Then start there. You do not need to force a big practice. There are gentler options for the days when you feel tired, touched out, or low on energy.
How do I know which practice to do?
Choose based on the day you’re having. How much time do you have? How much energy do you have? What kind of support do you need right now? I'll explain more in details in the course.
Do I have to do this every day?
The collection is here to support a daily rhythm, but not in a rigid way. The goal is not to do it perfectly. The goal is to make it easier to come back to yourself often.
Will this help me feel more like myself again?
That’s the heart of it. The practices are here to help you feel calmer, stronger, more present, and more connected to yourself.
How is this different from just finding random videos online?
This collection was not created for a generic body. It was created for the nervous system of a mother. Each practice is designed to support the fatigue, overstimulation, emotional weight, and constant giving that shape your days, so the experience feels less like just doing yoga and more like being deeply met and cared for.
Do I need props?
Not much. Most of the time you can use what you already have at home, like a pillow or blanket.
Is this suitable for newly postpartum mothers?
This collection can still support you. Postpartum often calls for more specific guidance, especially around rebuilding core and pelvic floor. I’m creating a separate postnatal offering for that season, so email me and I’ll let you know when it’s ready.
